Industrial Floor Coatings in Hemet, done right.
Warehouse, plant and distribution floors that take forklift traffic and hold their safety markings. We work Hemet from the older downtown grid out across the valley floor toward San Jacinto, with our own crew on every job — no subcontractors, no surprise charges, and one number to call from the first estimate to the finished concrete coating.
We apply industrial floor coatings across Hemet and the surrounding area, including Menifee, Murrieta, Moreno Valley, Temecula.

Built for Hemet homes.
Hemet sits on the floor of the San Jacinto Valley, and it is one of the hotter, drier places we work. It also carries a lot of older housing stock, which means older concrete — slabs that have been in the ground for decades and have generally been coated, painted or sealed at least once before we see them.
The valley heat then decides what goes back on. Summer here is long and genuinely hot, and a dark finish on an exposed patio or pool deck is a mistake you feel for four months of the year. We steer accordingly.
Older concrete is the defining feature of Hemet work. Slabs poured decades ago that have taken a hard climate ever since, often with a home-applied sealer or patio paint somewhere in their history. The first job is usually finding out what is on the concrete and whether it comes off cleanly.

Industrial Floor Coatings in Hemet, questions
How much difference does color make in the Hemet heat?
A great deal, and more here than in most places we work. The valley gets a long, hot summer with little relief. A light, textured finish on an exposed patio or pool deck stays usable through August in a way a dark one simply does not.
Can you coat our floor without shutting the plant down?
Usually, by phasing it. We section the floor, work bays or aisles in an agreed order, and schedule around your shifts — nights and weekends included. It takes longer overall and it costs more than an empty building, and we will say so plainly, but it is far cheaper than stopping production.
Our floor takes forklifts and dropped steel. What holds up?
That depends on the specific abuse. Point impact, abrasion from steel wheels and chemical attack are three different problems and they lead to three different builds. Tell us what actually happens on that floor and we will specify for it rather than quoting a standard system and hoping.
Advice on industrial floor coatings
Can You Coat a Concrete Floor With Oil Soaked Into It?
Oil is the one thing on a slab that stops any coating bonding. Most oil-stained garage and shop floors can still be coated, but it depends on how deep the oil has gone. Here is how to tell, and what it takes to get it out.
Read the guide →Can Your Existing Concrete Slab Be Polished? What Decides the Result
Most slabs can be polished, but the slab decides how the floor turns out. Hardness, flatness, what is on it now, and the cracks and joints already in it all show in the finish. Here is how to read yours.

Epoxy, paint, sealer, mastic and thinset each come off concrete differently. Pick the wrong method and you lose days or damage the slab. Here is how the choice gets made.
