Concrete Coatings in Murrieta, CA
David Paul Foster Co. applies and services coatings throughout Murrieta, from the historic streets downtown out to the newer tracts above Clinton Keith.
Coatings built for Murrieta homes.
Murrieta is five minutes up the road from our yard and one of the busiest cities on our list. It grew quickly through the 1990s and 2000s, which means an enormous amount of its concrete went down inside a fairly narrow window — and it is all reaching the same age at roughly the same time.
Because so much of Murrieta was built in the same boom, the same jobs arrive in waves. Whole streets in California Oaks and Copper Canyon reach the point where the original driveway and pool deck finishes are chalking and thinning at once.
That is good news for owners. Concrete of that vintage is almost always structurally sound — what has aged is the surface, and the surface is what we do. Resurfacing a twenty-five-year-old Murrieta driveway costs a fraction of replacing it and takes days rather than weeks.
What we run into in Murrieta
HOA rules matter here more than in most of the cities we serve. A lot of Murrieta streets have color and finish guidelines, and we would far rather read them before quoting than have you approve something the association later turns down. Bring them to the estimate.

Concrete Coatings in Murrieta, questions
Our HOA has rules about driveway finishes. Can you work within them?
Yes, and please bring the guidelines to the estimate. Most Murrieta associations care about color and about whether a finish reads as consistent with the street. Both are easy to work inside when we know the constraints before quoting rather than after you have chosen a color.
Our tract is about twenty-five years old. Is the concrete due for replacement?
Almost certainly not. Concrete from the Murrieta build-out of the late nineties and early 2000s is generally sound. What has aged is the finish on top of it, and that is a resurfacing job rather than a demolition job. The difference in cost is very large.
How far into Murrieta do you come?
All of it. We are in Wildomar, so Murrieta is the next city over — from Murrieta Hot Springs across to California Oaks and up past Clinton Keith. No part of it counts as a long trip for us.
