Why David Paul Foster Co. in Murrieta

Warehouse, plant and distribution floors that take forklift traffic and hold their safety markings. We work Murrieta from the historic streets downtown out to the newer tracts above Clinton Keith, with our own crew on every job — no subcontractors, no surprise charges, and one number to call from the first estimate to the finished concrete coating.

We apply industrial floor coatings across Murrieta and the surrounding area, including Wildomar, Temecula, Menifee, Hemet.

Industrial Floor Coatings in Murrieta

Built for Murrieta homes.

Murrieta is five minutes up the road from our yard and one of the busiest cities on our list. It grew quickly through the 1990s and 2000s, which means an enormous amount of its concrete went down inside a fairly narrow window — and it is all reaching the same age at roughly the same time.

HOA rules matter here more than in most of the cities we serve. A lot of Murrieta streets have color and finish guidelines, and we would far rather read them before quoting than have you approve something the association later turns down. Bring them to the estimate.

Because so much of Murrieta was built in the same boom, the same jobs arrive in waves. Whole streets in California Oaks and Copper Canyon reach the point where the original driveway and pool deck finishes are chalking and thinning at once.

Murrieta FAQs

Industrial Floor Coatings in Murrieta, questions

How far into Murrieta do you come?

All of it. We are in Wildomar, so Murrieta is the next city over — from Murrieta Hot Springs across to California Oaks and up past Clinton Keith. No part of it counts as a long trip for us.

Do you lay the safety striping as well?

Yes. Aisle markings, walkways, bay outlines and hazard striping go in as part of the floor rather than being painted on afterwards, which is why they last as long as the coating around them instead of wearing off within the year.

How do you handle a floor that has oil soaked into it?

Carefully, and honestly. Machine shop slabs can hold decades of oil. Mechanical removal and degreasing get most floors clean enough, but some areas keep bleeding and need a different approach or an accepted compromise. We would rather have that conversation at the estimate than watch a coating lift over the press pit six months later.
