About Temecula

Coatings built for Temecula homes.

Temecula runs from the preserved storefronts of Old Town out to estate properties in the wine country east of town, and the concrete work follows that spread. The older streets have decades-old slabs worth restoring. The estates bring long driveways, large pool decks and rock features that all have to read as one piece.

Temecula is where we do the most decorative work. The wine country properties in particular tend to want the whole exterior tied together — driveway, patio, pool deck, steps and any faux rock or waterfall around the pool sharing one palette, rather than each being a separate decision made years apart.

That suits staining and rock work especially well. Color that soaks into the concrete rather than sitting on top of it holds up far better under Temecula sun, and rock features that have gone patchy can be brought back to sit properly with a newly colored deck.

What we run into in Temecula

On the older blocks near Old Town it is a different job. The concrete there has real age on it, occasionally real character, and the right answer is often restoration rather than anything that hides what is already there.

Temecula FAQs

Concrete Coatings in Temecula, questions

Can you match the pool deck, patio and rock feature so it reads as one project?

That is a good deal of what we do out here. Deck coating, exterior staining and rock staining come from the same crew, so the colors get chosen together rather than matched after the fact. Faux rock and waterfalls that have faded in the sun can be brought back to sit with a newly colored deck.

We are on acreage with a very long driveway. Is that a problem?

No. Large exterior areas are routine, and fifty years of commercial and court work means square footage on its own does not change how we approach a job. What we will want to look at is drainage and how the slab was poured, because long driveways on acreage are often poured in sections over many years.

Do you work on the older properties around Old Town?

Yes. Older Temecula concrete frequently deserves restoring rather than covering, and we will tell you honestly which yours is. If a slab has character worth keeping, saying so is more use to you than selling an overlay over the top of it.
