Rock Staining done right, the first time, in Hemet.
Restoring and coloring faux rock, boulders and water features so they read as natural stone again. We work Hemet from the older downtown grid out across the valley floor toward San Jacinto, with our own crew on every job — no subcontractors, no surprise charges, and one number to call from the first estimate to the finished concrete coating.
We apply rock staining across Hemet and the surrounding area, including Menifee, Murrieta, Moreno Valley, Temecula.
What's included
- Rock features and waterfalls recolored to match the surrounding deck
- Faded and sun-bleached artificial rock brought back
- Color blended across several tones rather than painted flat
- Done alongside deck resurfacing so the two finishes are matched on site
- Our own crews, no subcontracting
Built for Hemet homes.
Hemet sits on the floor of the San Jacinto Valley, and it is one of the hotter, drier places we work. It also carries a lot of older housing stock, which means older concrete — slabs that have been in the ground for decades and have generally been coated, painted or sealed at least once before we see them.
The valley heat then decides what goes back on. Summer here is long and genuinely hot, and a dark finish on an exposed patio or pool deck is a mistake you feel for four months of the year. We steer accordingly.
Older concrete is the defining feature of Hemet work. Slabs poured decades ago that have taken a hard climate ever since, often with a home-applied sealer or patio paint somewhere in their history. The first job is usually finding out what is on the concrete and whether it comes off cleanly.

Rock Staining in Hemet, questions
How much difference does color make in the Hemet heat?
A great deal, and more here than in most places we work. The valley gets a long, hot summer with little relief. A light, textured finish on an exposed patio or pool deck stays usable through August in a way a dark one simply does not.
Will it look painted?
It should not. The point is to work in several tones the way real rock is colored, rather than laying one flat color over the whole feature.
Can you match it to a deck you are already doing?
That is the usual way it happens, and it is the best time to do it — the deck color is being chosen right there on site, so the rock can be matched to it directly rather than guessed at later.
