Why David Paul Foster Co. in Fontana

Polished Concrete done right, the first time, in Fontana.

Grinding and polishing the slab you already have into a finished floor — no covering, nothing to replace later. We work Fontana from the older streets near the Sierra Avenue corridor out to the newer north side tracts, with our own crew on every job — no subcontractors, no surprise charges, and one number to call from the first estimate to the finished concrete coating.

We apply polished concrete across Fontana and the surrounding area, including Rialto, Jurupa Valley, Rancho Cucamonga, Riverside.

What's included

  • Ground with progressively finer diamond tooling rather than coated
  • Densified and sealed, so the finish is the slab and not a film on top of it
  • Nothing to delaminate, bubble or peel later
  • Gloss set where you want it, from a low satin to a full reflection
  • Convenience stores, retail floors, showrooms, offices and warehouse slabs
  • Old coatings removed first by our own crews, not subcontracted
Polished Concrete in Fontana

Built for Fontana homes.

Fontana runs from long-settled neighborhoods with genuine industrial heritage up to newer developments on the north side. It is also one of the biggest warehouse and distribution centers in Southern California, which means a large share of our Fontana work is on floors measured in acres rather than square feet.

Warehouse and distribution floors dominate the commercial side here. Those slabs take constant forklift traffic, and the failures are predictable — abrasion down the main aisles, impact damage at the dock and racking positions, and old coatings from previous tenants that never bonded properly to begin with.

We specify to the actual traffic rather than quoting one system across a whole building. Aisles, dock areas and open storage genuinely do live different lives, and building for that is cheaper over ten years than building uniformly and replacing early.

Fontana FAQs

Polished Concrete in Fontana, questions

Can you specify different systems for different areas of one warehouse?

That is usually the right answer. Aisles take abrasion, dock and racking areas take impact, and open storage takes comparatively little. One system across all of it either over-specifies most of the floor or under-specifies the parts that matter. We scope it by what actually happens where.

How is polished concrete different from an epoxy coating?

A coating sits on top of the slab. Polishing is the slab. We grind up through a sequence of finer and finer diamond tooling and densify the surface, so there is no film that can peel, chip or bubble later on.

Can any slab be polished?

Most can. It comes down to how hard the concrete is, how much aggregate you want showing, and what is already on it. If yours will not take a good polish we will tell you that before you spend money on it.
