Why David Paul Foster Co. in Fontana

Exterior Concrete Staining in Fontana, done right.

Acid stains, dyes and decorative finishes for driveways, patios, entries and walkways. We work Fontana from the older streets near the Sierra Avenue corridor out to the newer north side tracts, with our own crew on every job — no subcontractors, no surprise charges, and one number to call from the first estimate to the finished concrete coating.

We apply exterior concrete staining across Fontana and the surrounding area, including Rialto, Jurupa Valley, Rancho Cucamonga, Riverside.

What's included

  • Color that penetrates the slab instead of forming a film over it
  • Driveways, patios, walkways, steps and entries
  • Scored pattern lines cut in where the design calls for it
  • Sealed after staining to hold the color against sun and traffic
  • Mottled, variegated finishes rather than a flat painted look
  • Free on-site estimate before anything is quoted
Exterior Concrete Staining in Fontana

Built for Fontana homes.

Fontana runs from long-settled neighborhoods with genuine industrial heritage up to newer developments on the north side. It is also one of the biggest warehouse and distribution centers in Southern California, which means a large share of our Fontana work is on floors measured in acres rather than square feet.

On the residential side Fontana is hot and largely unshaded, particularly on the newer north side tracts, so exterior work follows the same UV logic as the rest of the inland valley: stains and textured coatings outside, epoxy in the garage.

Warehouse and distribution floors dominate the commercial side here. Those slabs take constant forklift traffic, and the failures are predictable — abrasion down the main aisles, impact damage at the dock and racking positions, and old coatings from previous tenants that never bonded properly to begin with.

Fontana FAQs

Exterior Concrete Staining in Fontana, questions

How do you handle a distribution center that runs around the clock?

By phasing and working the hours you are not. Sectioning a floor and taking it in an agreed order — nights, weekends, planned shutdown windows — is standard for us. Give us the real operating constraints and we will scope to them.

Is staining the same as painting the concrete?

No. Paint and most coatings form a film on the surface, and a film on exterior concrete is what eventually peels. Stain colors the concrete itself, which is why it weathers rather than flaking.

Will it hide the stains and discoloration already there?

Usually, yes — a variegated stain is very good at absorbing existing blotches into the pattern. On badly damaged concrete an overlay may be the better answer, and we will say so when we look at it.
