Built for San Bernardino homes.
San Bernardino carries some of the oldest housing stock in the Inland Empire and sits directly below the mountains, which gives it a wider temperature range than the valley floor cities south of it. Older concrete and bigger seasonal swings are the two things that shape the work here.
Cracks are not a reason to replace a slab. They are a reason to deal with them properly — chased out, cleaned and filled — before anything goes over the top. Skipping that step is why so many overlays telegraph the old crack back through within a year.
There is also a great deal of commercial and institutional work in San Bernardino: warehouse floors, school and municipal facilities, and courts. Court coating removal is where this company started, and this county keeps us in it.

Garage Floor Coatings in San Bernardino, questions
Will an old crack come back through a new surface?
It will if nobody dealt with it first, and that is the single most common reason overlays fail. Done properly — cut out, cleaned, filled and bridged — it stays where it belongs.
My garage floor has years of oil stains. Is it too far gone?
Almost certainly not. Oil sits in the top of the slab and comes out with degreasing and mechanical grinding — that is routine work, not a problem. What we look for on the estimate is whether it has soaked deep enough to keep bleeding back, which is rare and which we would tell you about before you committed to anything.
What is hot-tire pickup and will it happen to mine?
It is when a hot tire bonds to a coating and lifts it off the floor when you pull out. It happens to coatings that never bonded properly in the first place — thin roll-on kits over sealed concrete are the usual culprits. A ground and properly bonded system does not do it.
Advice on garage floor coatings
How to Clean and Look After a Coated, Stained or Polished Concrete Floor
A finished concrete floor needs very little, but what it needs is specific. Here is how to clean a garage floor coating, a stained interior, polished concrete and a pool deck, what to keep off them, and how to tell when a recoat is due.
Read the guide →Grinding, Shot Blasting or Scarifying: How Old Coatings Come Off Concrete
Epoxy, paint, sealer, mastic and thinset each come off concrete differently. Pick the wrong method and you lose days or damage the slab. Here is how the choice gets made.
Read the guide →Polyaspartic vs Epoxy: Which Garage Floor Coating Suits Southern California?
Epoxy and polyaspartic are sold as rivals. On a well-prepared slab they are usually partners, and the sun, the heat and how long you can lose the garage decide which goes where.
