Why David Paul Foster Co. in Moreno Valley

Garage Floor Coatings done right, the first time, in Moreno Valley.

Flake and solid-color garage floors that survive hot tires, oil and years of use. We work Moreno Valley from the tracts below the Box Springs Mountains out toward the eastern edge of the valley, with our own crew on every job — no subcontractors, no surprise charges, and one number to call from the first estimate to the finished concrete coating.

We apply garage floor coatings across Moreno Valley and the surrounding area, including Redlands, Riverside, San Bernardino, Jurupa Valley.

What's included

  • Diamond-ground before coating, every time
  • Flake, solid epoxy or stained finishes
  • Oil stains and hot-tire pickup dealt with at the prep stage
  • Single bays, three-car garages, workshops and hobby spaces
  • Old peeling coatings removed rather than covered over
  • Five years on material, one year on labor
Garage Floor Coatings in Moreno Valley

Built for Moreno Valley homes.

Moreno Valley grew fast and grew flat, and it sits in one of the hotter, more exposed pockets of inland Riverside County. Most of its housing went up from the 1980s onward, so the concrete is middle-aged rather than old — sound underneath, tired on the surface, and baked by a long line of hard summers.

That pushes us hard toward UV-stable systems on anything exterior. Standard epoxy in particular does not belong on an exposed slab here — it ambers and chalks, and we will say so rather than sell it. Stains, textured cool-deck coatings and UV-stable topcoats are what actually last.

Inside the garage it is a different matter entirely, and a ground and properly bonded epoxy or flake floor is exactly right. The distinction between interior and exterior specification matters more in Moreno Valley than in most cities on our list.

Moreno Valley FAQs

Garage Floor Coatings in Moreno Valley, questions

Our driveway faces west and gets brutal afternoon sun. What holds up?

A penetrating stain or a textured coating in a lighter tone, sealed with something UV-stable. Color choice does a lot of the work — the same system in a dark tone will run much hotter and show fade sooner.

Can I park on it straight away?

No — and anyone who tells you otherwise is setting the floor up to fail. Foot traffic comes back well before vehicles. We give you the actual return-to-service dates for the system on your floor and for the weather that week, and they are worth waiting out.

My garage floor has years of oil stains. Is it too far gone?

Almost certainly not. Oil sits in the top of the slab and comes out with degreasing and mechanical grinding — that is routine work, not a problem. What we look for on the estimate is whether it has soaked deep enough to keep bleeding back, which is rare and which we would tell you about before you committed to anything.
