Why David Paul Foster Co. in Moreno Valley

Concrete Resurfacing done right, the first time, in Moreno Valley.

Restoring worn, stained and spalled concrete with a new wearing surface, instead of tearing it out. We work Moreno Valley from the tracts below the Box Springs Mountains out toward the eastern edge of the valley, with our own crew on every job — no subcontractors, no surprise charges, and one number to call from the first estimate to the finished concrete coating.

We apply concrete resurfacing across Moreno Valley and the surrounding area, including Redlands, Riverside, San Bernardino, Jurupa Valley.

What's included

  • The slab you already have, restored rather than torn out and re-poured
  • Cracks chased, cleaned and filled before anything goes over the top
  • Interior slabs, patios, driveways, walkways and pool surrounds
  • Texture and color chosen to suit the house, not a catalogue default
  • Our own crews do the prep and the finish — nothing is subcontracted
  • Backed by five years on material and one year on labor
Concrete Resurfacing in Moreno Valley

Built for Moreno Valley homes.

Moreno Valley grew fast and grew flat, and it sits in one of the hotter, more exposed pockets of inland Riverside County. Most of its housing went up from the 1980s onward, so the concrete is middle-aged rather than old — sound underneath, tired on the surface, and baked by a long line of hard summers.

Sun exposure is the story in Moreno Valley. The tracts are open, the mature shade trees that older cities have are largely absent, and a west-facing driveway or an unshaded pool deck takes full sun for the length of a very long summer.

That pushes us hard toward UV-stable systems on anything exterior. Standard epoxy in particular does not belong on an exposed slab here — it ambers and chalks, and we will say so rather than sell it. Stains, textured cool-deck coatings and UV-stable topcoats are what actually last.

Moreno Valley FAQs

Concrete Resurfacing in Moreno Valley, questions

Can we have an epoxy finish on our patio?

We would steer you away from it. Standard epoxy ambers and chalks under direct UV, and an exposed Moreno Valley patio gets about as much of that as anywhere we work. A stain or a textured coating with a UV-stable topcoat gives you the look without the fade. Inside the garage, epoxy is the right answer.

Will the finish look like concrete or like something laid on top?

That is your call. Resurfacing can read as clean, honest concrete, or it can carry a texture and color that looks nothing like a gray slab — knock-down, flagstone, tile and stone patterns all start from the same place. We will show you what the surface you have will actually take.

Is resurfacing actually cheaper than replacing the concrete?

Almost always, and by a wide margin. Tearing out a slab means demolition, haul-away, new forms, new concrete and a cure before you can walk on it. Resurfacing keeps the slab that is already there and works over the top of it. The exception is a slab that has genuinely failed structurally — and if yours has, we will tell you that rather than sell you a finish that will fail with it.
