Why David Paul Foster Co. in Wildomar

Concrete Resurfacing done right, the first time, in Wildomar.

Restoring worn, stained and spalled concrete with a new wearing surface, instead of tearing it out. We work Wildomar from the Grand Avenue corridor out to the ranch lots off Bundy Canyon, with our own crew on every job — no subcontractors, no surprise charges, and one number to call from the first estimate to the finished concrete coating.

We apply concrete resurfacing across Wildomar and the surrounding area, including Murrieta, Menifee, Temecula, Hemet.

What's included

  • The slab you already have, restored rather than torn out and re-poured
  • Cracks chased, cleaned and filled before anything goes over the top
  • Interior slabs, patios, driveways, walkways and pool surrounds
  • Texture and color chosen to suit the house, not a catalogue default
  • Our own crews do the prep and the finish — nothing is subcontracted
  • Backed by five years on material and one year on labor
Concrete Resurfacing in Wildomar

Built for Wildomar homes.

Wildomar is home. Our yard is on Grand Avenue, which makes this the one city where Dave can look at a slab on the way back from another job. It is a young city on old ground — incorporated in 2008, but the ranch parcels and horse property along Palomar and Bundy Canyon long predate that, and so does a good deal of the concrete on them.

Being based here changes what we can offer. Estimates run Tuesday through Thursday and Dave looks at the concrete himself, and in Wildomar that usually means the same week rather than the next one.

The work splits two ways. On the newer tract streets the slabs are twenty or thirty years old, still sound, and the owners are looking at tired patios and garage floors rather than failed ones — resurfacing and coating territory. Out on the ranch parcels the concrete is far older, poured in stages across decades, and it needs an honest assessment before anything goes over the top of it.

Wildomar FAQs

Concrete Resurfacing in Wildomar, questions

Are you actually based in Wildomar?

Yes — 20285 Grand Avenue. It is our yard, not a mailing address, and it is why Wildomar jobs tend to get looked at sooner than anywhere else we serve. Dave runs estimates Tuesday through Thursday and comes out himself.

Is resurfacing actually cheaper than replacing the concrete?

Almost always, and by a wide margin. Tearing out a slab means demolition, haul-away, new forms, new concrete and a cure before you can walk on it. Resurfacing keeps the slab that is already there and works over the top of it. The exception is a slab that has genuinely failed structurally — and if yours has, we will tell you that rather than sell you a finish that will fail with it.

My driveway is cracked. Can it still be resurfaced?

Usually yes. Cracks on their own are not a reason to replace concrete. We chase them out, clean them and fill them properly before any overlay goes down. What matters is why the crack is there — a settled or heaving slab is a different conversation from ordinary shrinkage cracking, and that is the sort of thing Dave looks at on the estimate.
