It is a young city on old ground — incorporated in 2008, but the ranch parcels and horse property along Palomar and Bundy Canyon long predate that, and so does a good deal of the concrete on them.

Can you go over the epoxy that is already on my floor?
We would rather not, and usually we will not. Coating over a failing coating buys you the same failure with a new color on it. Removal is a service in its own right for us — we do it for other contractors as well as on our own jobs — so taking the old system off is straightforward work rather than a reason to walk away.
