Why David Paul Foster Co. in Ontario

Concrete Resurfacing done right, the first time, in Ontario.

Restoring worn, stained and spalled concrete with a new wearing surface, instead of tearing it out. We work Ontario from the historic Euclid Avenue blocks out to the logistics ground near the airport, with our own crew on every job — no subcontractors, no surprise charges, and one number to call from the first estimate to the finished concrete coating.

We apply concrete resurfacing across Ontario and the surrounding area, including Upland, Chino, Rancho Cucamonga, Chino Hills.

What's included

  • The slab you already have, restored rather than torn out and re-poured
  • Cracks chased, cleaned and filled before anything goes over the top
  • Interior slabs, patios, driveways, walkways and pool surrounds
  • Texture and color chosen to suit the house, not a catalogue default
  • Our own crews do the prep and the finish — nothing is subcontracted
  • Backed by five years on material and one year on labor
Concrete Resurfacing in Ontario

Built for Ontario homes.

Ontario pairs a genuinely old city center along Euclid Avenue with one of the largest concentrations of airport-adjacent logistics property in the state. We work both ends: period residential concrete downtown, and very large industrial floors out toward the airport and the freeway.

The industrial side is the volume. Airport-adjacent distribution buildings turn over tenants, and every turnover tends to bring a floor that needs stripping before the new occupier coats or polishes it. Coating and mastic removal at that scale is machinery-and-crew work, and it is a service we run for other contractors as well as for building owners directly.

Polished concrete has become a common answer in these buildings, and it suits them: nothing on top to delaminate, and the finish is the slab itself. Getting a good polish still depends on what came off first, which brings it back to preparation.

Ontario FAQs

Concrete Resurfacing in Ontario, questions

We are taking over a warehouse with an old coated floor. Where do we start?

With a test patch. Buildings that have changed tenants often carry coatings nobody has records for, and the wrong removal method on an unknown material wastes a day and can damage the slab. We test a small area first, then scope the removal properly. That test is part of the estimate.

My driveway is cracked. Can it still be resurfaced?

Usually yes. Cracks on their own are not a reason to replace concrete. We chase them out, clean them and fill them properly before any overlay goes down. What matters is why the crack is there — a settled or heaving slab is a different conversation from ordinary shrinkage cracking, and that is the sort of thing Dave looks at on the estimate.

How long before we can use it again?

It depends on the system and on the weather, and we will give you real numbers for your job rather than a brochure figure. Foot traffic comes back well before vehicles do, and we tell you both up front so you can plan around it.
