Why David Paul Foster Co. in Ontario

Epoxy Floor Coatings done right, the first time, in Ontario.

Seamless epoxy floors for garages, offices, workshops and commercial interiors — including metallic finishes poured on site. We work Ontario from the historic Euclid Avenue blocks out to the logistics ground near the airport, with our own crew on every job — no subcontractors, no surprise charges, and one number to call from the first estimate to the finished concrete coating.

We apply epoxy floor coatings across Ontario and the surrounding area, including Upland, Chino, Rancho Cucamonga, Chino Hills.

What's included

  • Epoxy and flake systems over properly prepared concrete
  • Diamond grinding first — never a wash-and-roll job
  • Single garage bays through to full commercial floors
  • Flake blends, solid colors and clear topcoats to suit the space
  • Old failed epoxy stripped by our own crews before anything new goes down
  • Five years on material, one year on labor
Epoxy Floor Coatings in Ontario

Built for Ontario homes.

Ontario pairs a genuinely old city center along Euclid Avenue with one of the largest concentrations of airport-adjacent logistics property in the state. We work both ends: period residential concrete downtown, and very large industrial floors out toward the airport and the freeway.

Downtown, around Euclid, the work is smaller and older — period driveways, porches and patios where staining generally beats coating.

The industrial side is the volume. Airport-adjacent distribution buildings turn over tenants, and every turnover tends to bring a floor that needs stripping before the new occupier coats or polishes it. Coating and mastic removal at that scale is machinery-and-crew work, and it is a service we run for other contractors as well as for building owners directly.

Ontario FAQs

Epoxy Floor Coatings in Ontario, questions

Do you work on the older homes around Euclid Avenue?

Yes, and it is a different job entirely from the industrial side. Period concrete downtown usually suits a penetrating stain rather than a coating, so the finish reads as part of the slab rather than a modern film over a hundred-year-old porch.

Can you go over the epoxy that is already on my floor?

We would rather not, and usually we will not. Coating over a failing coating buys you the same failure with a new color on it. Removal is a service in its own right for us — we do it for other contractors as well as on our own jobs — so taking the old system off is straightforward work rather than a reason to walk away.

How long does an epoxy floor take?

A residential garage is typically a couple of days including the grind and the cure between coats. Commercial floors depend on square footage and how much old material has to come off first. Dave gives you real dates on the estimate, and our own crew works them — nothing is handed to a subcontractor whose schedule we do not control.
