Why David Paul Foster Co. in Chino Hills

Concrete Resurfacing done right, the first time, in Chino Hills.

Restoring worn, stained and spalled concrete with a new wearing surface, instead of tearing it out. We work Chino Hills from the ridgeline streets down into the canyons on the Orange County side, with our own crew on every job — no subcontractors, no surprise charges, and one number to call from the first estimate to the finished concrete coating.

We apply concrete resurfacing across Chino Hills and the surrounding area, including Chino, Ontario, Upland, Rancho Cucamonga.

What's included

  • The slab you already have, restored rather than torn out and re-poured
  • Cracks chased, cleaned and filled before anything goes over the top
  • Interior slabs, patios, driveways, walkways and pool surrounds
  • Texture and color chosen to suit the house, not a catalogue default
  • Our own crews do the prep and the finish — nothing is subcontracted
  • Backed by five years on material and one year on labor
Concrete Resurfacing in Chino Hills

Built for Chino Hills homes.

Chino Hills is built across hills, and that shapes nearly every job here. Sloped driveways, terraced yards, stepped patios and retaining walls are the norm rather than the exception, and finishes have to handle grade, drainage and grip as well as looking right.

Grade is the defining constraint. A driveway on a Chino Hills slope needs texture in the finish for grip, and a stepped patio needs color that carries consistently across several levels — which really means doing the whole run as one job rather than in stages over years.

Retaining walls and rock features are common here too, and they are worth thinking about alongside the flatwork. A deck recolored without touching the wall or boulders behind it usually looks half-finished, which is a good part of why rock staining exists as a service for us.

Chino Hills FAQs

Concrete Resurfacing in Chino Hills, questions

Our driveway is steep. What finish is safe on it?

A textured one. Grip on a graded Chino Hills driveway is a specification requirement, not a preference, and we will not put a smooth decorative surface on a steep drive because it looks good in a photograph. There is plenty of choice within textured finishes.

Will the finish look like concrete or like something laid on top?

That is your call. Resurfacing can read as clean, honest concrete, or it can carry a texture and color that looks nothing like a gray slab — knock-down, flagstone, tile and stone patterns all start from the same place. We will show you what the surface you have will actually take.

Is resurfacing actually cheaper than replacing the concrete?

Almost always, and by a wide margin. Tearing out a slab means demolition, haul-away, new forms, new concrete and a cure before you can walk on it. Resurfacing keeps the slab that is already there and works over the top of it. The exception is a slab that has genuinely failed structurally — and if yours has, we will tell you that rather than sell you a finish that will fail with it.
