Why David Paul Foster Co. in Chino Hills

Concrete Coating Removal in Chino Hills, done right.

Stripping failed or unwanted coatings back to sound concrete — for our own jobs, and for contractors without the equipment to do it properly. We work Chino Hills from the ridgeline streets down into the canyons on the Orange County side, with our own crew on every job — no subcontractors, no surprise charges, and one number to call from the first estimate to the finished concrete coating.

We apply concrete coating removal across Chino Hills and the surrounding area, including Chino, Ontario, Upland, Rancho Cucamonga.

Concrete Coating Removal in Chino Hills

Built for Chino Hills homes.

Chino Hills is built across hills, and that shapes nearly every job here. Sloped driveways, terraced yards, stepped patios and retaining walls are the norm rather than the exception, and finishes have to handle grade, drainage and grip as well as looking right.

Retaining walls and rock features are common here too, and they are worth thinking about alongside the flatwork. A deck recolored without touching the wall or boulders behind it usually looks half-finished, which is a good part of why rock staining exists as a service for us.

The hills also bring more shade and slightly milder conditions than the open valley floor, so there is a bit more latitude in color than we would allow in Fontana or Moreno Valley.

Chino Hills FAQs

Concrete Coating Removal in Chino Hills, questions

Can you color the retaining walls and boulders to match the deck?

Yes, and it usually makes the difference between a job that looks finished and one that looks partly done. Rock staining is a service in its own right for us — walls, boulders and faux rock recolored to sit with the flatwork around them.

Will the concrete underneath be usable when it is off?

Usually yes, and often better than people expect. The point of removal is to get back to sound concrete with a proper profile on it. If what we find underneath is not sound, you will hear that from us the day we find it rather than after something new has been laid over it.

Do you do removal for other contractors?

Yes, and it is a real part of what we do. Plenty of good contractors do not own the removal equipment or do not want to tie a crew up on it. We take the old system off, leave the slab profiled to the spec they need, and they lay their own finish over it. No competition on the finish work — we are there for the removal.
